Ramiro Lauzan is the Managing Partner of Humus Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused in Argentina and Chile. Humus Capital deploys both growth and buy-out capital across different industries, increasingly acting as the local partner of global investment firms without a presence in South America. Prior to establishing Humus Capital Partners, Mr. Lauzan was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Co., where he worked for over 8 years based in Argentina, Brazil and Australia. Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Lauzan’s also worked as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers in New York. Mr. Lauzan holds a Business Economics degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Yosaji Morita scholar, Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, Dean’s List) in New York, USA.
